About CATALIN ANDREI NICHITA
Cătălin is a Certified Yoga Instructor (200H TTC) with over five years of experience in yoga practice and teaching. For him, yoga represents a space of conscious freedom—one that is not chaotic, but guided by inner listening, authentic exploration, and respect for one’s personal journey.
In his vision, yoga is a continuous process of discovering the body, the breath, and energy, where mind and body meet in a living, present, and fluid flow. Yoga offers structure and tools, and within this framework, Cătălin learns—and gently guides others—to navigate their practice with honesty, awareness, and presence.
For Cătălin, the body becomes an inner map, and practice turns into a form of self-understanding and deep connection. Freedom in yoga does not mean the absence of boundaries, but the conscious embodiment of experience with respect, responsibility, and awareness.
Authenticity is a central pillar of both his personal practice and his teaching style. He sees yoga as a living and sincere connection—between oneself and personal truth, and between teacher and practitioner. This connection is rooted in the belief that each person’s truth is valid and worthy of being seen and respected.
