Delia Ioana Kalapodas is a certified instructor in Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga (YTTC 200 + 300 H - in progress, accredited by Yoga Alliance) and Yin Yoga (50 H). She has also completed a mentorship program for yoga teachers and a foundational course in Kundalini Yoga. Delia blends yoga with various spiritual practices (theta healing, crystal therapy, aromatherapy, and plant-based healing) to bring more clarity and light into her life and those around her.
