Wednesday, June 10
Time: 18:00 – 20:30
Your guide: Dada Sarvajiitananda
Dada Sarvajiitananda, an international teacher within the Ananda Marga Yoga Society, has been sharing yogic practices for nearly five decades, dedicating his life to transmitting an authentic, profound, and transformative tradition.
Throughout his journey, he has traveled and taught in numerous countries across America, Africa, Europe, and Asia, guiding thousands of practitioners in exploring yoga as a way of life, not just a physical practice. His vast experience is rooted in an integrative approach that blends discipline, devotion, and a deep understanding of human nature.
His classes and workshops go beyond simple yoga sessions—they are spaces of awareness where participants are invited to reconnect with their authentic selves, balance body, mind, and emotions, and access a state of inner peace and clarity.
Through his calm and wise presence, Dada creates a safe and meaningful environment where each practice becomes an experience of inner transformation.
We will meet on Saturday, September 27, at 18:30. Prepare for an evening that will nourish your body, mind, and soul.
A workshop dedicated to the foundations of yogic philosophy – Yamas and Niyamas – the ethical principles that support a conscious and harmonious life.
Beyond theoretical concepts, this workshop explores how we can integrate these values into everyday life: in our relationships, our choices, and the way we relate to ourselves.
You will discover:
How to live with more clarity and integrity
How to reduce inner and outer conflict
How to cultivate balance and meaning
Through reflection, guided discussions, and simple practices, you will learn how these principles can become a practical guide for a more conscious and peaceful life.
✨ A workshop about living yoga, not just practicing it.
Participation is donation-based, but you are also welcome to join for free. Everyone is welcome.
