Delia Ioana Kalapodas is a certified instructor in Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga (YTTC 200 + 300 H - in progress, accredited by Yoga Alliance) and Yin Yoga (50 H). She has also completed a mentorship program for yoga teachers and a foundational course in Kundalini Yoga. Delia blends yoga with various spiritual practices (theta healing, crystal therapy, aromatherapy, and plant-based healing) to bring more clarity and light into her life and those around her. She is passionate about yoga, nature, spirituality, and conscious living.

Roxana Maltezeanu is a Pilates instructor with over 14 years of experience working with people. She views movement as an essential bridge between body and mind, supporting both physical health and emotional well-being. Specialized in Pilates Mat and Pilates Reformer, Roxana guides each session with attention, safety, and respect for individual needs, creating mindful and effective practices that support steady, sustainable progress.
