Class Details

Join us for a restorative yoga and breathwork session that will take you through rhythmic breathing, gentle breath-holding, and guided relaxation. We’ll begin with a few minutes of gentle movements and a clear introduction to breathing techniques. Using specially designed music and the instructor’s voice, you’ll be invited to explore and engage the mind/body connection. The breathwork practice will be followed by a soothing guided meditation. This one-hour session is perfect for anyone seeking clarity, relaxation, and a deeper awareness of their breath.

Rukmini (Julie Beaufort)

Rukmini has been dedicated to yoga since 2013 and became a certified Hatha Yoga instructor in 2020 at the Sivananda Ashram in the Bahamas, where they teach complete and traditional yoga. She teaches yoga to both adults and children with warmth and presence, plays Indian harmonium and sings kirtans, spiritual ancient yogic chants.
